We always stay at this Hilton for mainly one reason, it's location. Usually, our flights out of Rome are early. Since this hotel is located almost inside the airport, the location is perfect.
The front desk staff and housekeepers were wonderful. Our waitress at the hotel restaurant was not. It seemed to me that she didn't like her job and she didn't want to be there. The food was tasty. We ordered salmon, vegetables, and coffee.
For some reason, I booked a room on the executive floor. We had access to the lounge. It had bottled soda, juice, apples, bananas, dried fruit, peanuts, and a coffee machine. On the evening we arrived, there was a happy hour in the lounge. They served really good food, as well as wine.
The beds are very comfortable.

Fiumicino is best known for its access to the Eternal City through Leonardo Da Vinci International Airport. Despite this recent claim to fame, Fiumicino includes several archaeological sites around the ancient harbors of Ostia and Portus. It's also an important fishing center and summer resort, especially along the beaches and coves of Isola Sacra.
Hosting the busiest airport in Italy and the sixth busiest in Europe, the town has grown in a series of services that fit with these suburban functions. Examples are the Fiera di Roma conference center, or the Parco Leonardo recreation center.
The town of Fiumicino is 20 miles from central Rome, while Da Vinci Airport is 19 miles away from the Italian capital. The remains of Ostia Antica are less than 6 miles away.
Like many airports in the world, you can find hotels in Fiumicino Airport directly on its premises, providing effortless access to your flights.
Since most Fiumicino hotels are in the Isola Sacra area, you might get the chance to enjoy the Tyrrhenian beaches and the tasty Italian seafood.

It was the day before our trip back to the states coming from Greece. I booked accommodations there because of it being so close to the airport. Less than 10 minutes. Fiumicino is a wonderful area to visit.

We stayed one night at Il Piccolo before our flight home.
We stayed one night at Il Piccolo before our flight home. The accommodation was really close to the airport and Costantino helped me organise a shuttle to the airport.
The place was lovely and clean and the communication was very good. Breakfast was supplied and it was amazing.
As we had a late flight we were able to leave our luggage at the place while we explored Fiumicino.
Would highly recommend Il Piccolo.

Fiumicino is a charming and real town without the trappings of tourism. There are plenty of restaurants, bars and shops that seem to cater to more locals than tourists. It was fun to wander about and soak up the atmosphere of this real fishing town.

The location close to the airport was good for us and the time that we had available.
The port was a short walk away and had good restaurants and a nice vibe.
The breakfast was OK, simple and adequate for us. It would have been improved if we had access to more than just a kettle and coffee machine as we got a takeaway pizza and had no plates. Would suggest that other travellers eat at the pizza shop itself.

We often choose to stay in Fiumicino as a staging area either upon arrival or departure from Roma (FCO airport). It has a sort of edgy border town vibe to it that makes it feel more authentic. It has a nice promenade along the mouth of the river with many cafes, bars, & restaurants; you can fall into a bad tourist place or find a nice authentic trattoria, and also some very posh establishments; most featuring local fish.
It is close to the airport so it's convenient and the prices for a room are lower than going into Rome proper.

Not an airport hotel..
Not an airport hotel..
Arrived by taxi late as shuttle had finished for the night.
I thought the price of my room was great value
Until…
I added my taxi ride from the airport €30 then the following day shuttle back to the airport €10
I should have stayed at the 4star option beside the airport as it would have been less expensive
If you are looking for a place to stay near the airport and have some rest before your trip, I totally recommend it. I took the decision to look for a hotel in-between flights and booked the room on the bus from the plane to the terminal. Not even 2' after I booked they asked me if I needed a shuttle and picked me right away. The hotel is literally 5-10' drive from Fiumicino airport.
There are plenty of restaurants nearby.
The room is nice and practical and clean.
The staff very friendly.
my stay in this hotel was due to a over-night connection in Fiumicino Airport. the room was clean but very small, I had a big luggage and the only way I could open it was by placing it in front of the frige - so that I couldn't open the fridge... the furniture is a bit old, but still okay. the bed was not very comfortable, but it's okay for a single night stay, I guess. Breakfast is very good, a lot of cakes, but poor choise for salty breakfast. the shuttle to the airport is very useful!
Good location, very close to the Fiumicino center, which has a lot of nice restaurants. Free parking next to the house in the street. Man in the reception was very friendly, he didn't speak english, but we understood each other. Free coffee, tea, cookies in the kitchen. Very close to the airport, this hotel is very populiar for one night stay to wait for a flight. Outside was very hot, up to 30 degrees, but there was an air condition in the room which was very useful.
The location was perfect. The hotel is about 10 mins to Roma Fiumicino airport and easy to reach with the shuttle they provide. Also, there is a train station called Fiumicino Parco Leonardo just next to the hotel. But there was no noise to bother you. And there was a huge shopping centre nearby (just 1 minute away from the hotel). It was good for us to access the food court and grocery shop. The staff at the reception was also very helpful and friendly.
The service was great, the owner was very helpful, super nice, warm and gentle. We absolutely loved our stay there, the only thing we were sad about is for not staying longer! The location is good if you wanna be close to the airport, there’s also a beach very close.
We stayed at 4 hotels or B&Bs and this had definitely the best service. We couldn’t express enough how much we loved the owner.
Will definitely come back!
Very convenient to the airport for an overnight before an early morning flight, and much easier than staying in Rome and then having to make the dawn run out the the airport. Wonderfully attentive and helpful staff. Fun to walk about town, many nice restaurants— much better than sterile airport hotels closer to FCO. Nice breakfast included, starting at 6:30am, in time to catch shuttle to airport.
We stay at this little hotel which has a lovely little grassy courtyard in which our little dog loves to run before our long flight home. The location to the Fiumicino airport is great, and we find it is very quiet inside the rooms in spite of airport noises. We will definitely return when we need overnight accommodation before flying home to Canada from Italy
This was a great cost effective choice for a one night stay before our flight out. Shuttle service was convenient both from and to the airport. Both dinner & breakfast (which was included) was great! The pool and pool area was really nice and a great place to relax. We would definitely stay here again over some of the other overpriced hotels near the airport.
Clean, comfortable & great location to easily get to & from Rome for flights. The hosts are wonderful & so accommodating. The free shuttle makes a huge difference & they are so dependable with pick up & drop off times. We would definitely stay here again. Very tranquil compared to the hectic congestion around the airport hotels.
The shuttle bus from Fiumicino Airport to the hotel at €6 per person which is paid at the hotel.
The reception staff are very helpful and able to communicate well in English.
The Hotel has spacious rooms and comfortable.
The breakfast was good and we were also provided with Gluten free items as requested.
The hotel is lovely, clean . Excellent location for a night stay We want to thank cristian at the reception for being kind and helpful when we had late check in .
Excellent location near the Fiumicino airport.. just outside the hotel is the train station for getting to Termine . Good breakfast buffet.
Pleasantly surprised! Booked near to airport for an early flight next day. Clean hotel, large pool and pretty good restaurant connected to hotel. Loved option of having 1 king with 2 twin beds in 1 room. Shuttle was important but crucial to book as it is shared by multiple hotels.
The location of the hotel is excellent, really close to the Rome Fiumicino Airport Terminals and train station. It was very convenient to be able to walk to the terminal to catch a very early morning flight. The bed was very comfortable and staff were friendly and efficient
A welcome surprise was the fact that there is a little shop where you can buy a snack or salad after midnight. Having chosen the hotel because of the late arrival at Fiumicino Airport, being able to eat something decent after arrival was good.
Excellent hotel with access to Fiumicino Airport, just a few minutes walk to Terminal 3. Room was great and it was the best shower of anywhere during my 5 weeks in Italy.
Short drive to Fiumicino airport, in the center of town with many restaurants in the vicinity. Family run hotel, accommodating staff, offers transfers to/from airport.
